Daroczi also established in 2015 Excellence-Solutions Limited, an outstanding educational startup, which achieved by 2017 a £ 400,000 turnover, and went up by 2019 to £ 1.4 million.

Norbert Daroczi is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed, assiduously developing new courses in multiple sectors through the many schools and companies he leads.

Daroczi specializes in the Further Education (FE) sector, training and developing learners for many industries. Skilled in Marketing, Negotiation, Operations Management, Sales, and Team Building, this strong business development specialist holds a BA from the College of Szolnok, an Assessor qualification, and a TEFL (English as a Foreign Language) certification and he is also a Prince2 certified project manager.

The recently most successful company Norbert has been exerting all efforts to foster is Excellence-Solutions Limited. This company has been training under two names – Candor Professional Beauty Academy (CPBA) and The Trade Academy (TTA). Under CPBA, the company delivers qualifications in the beauty, nail, and hair industry, and under TTA, it delivers qualifications in Information Technology, Childcare, Teaching, and Security.

This company provides government-funded courses since 2015 and adopts an innovative approach that has been recognised and praised by London’s biggest college group, Capital City College Group, with 37,000 combined learners yearly. It is worth noting that the Executive Principal at Capital City College Group, Kurt Hintz, asserted to the Excellence-Solutions Limited staff that ‘whatever you touch turns into gold, and this statement encouraged the personnel to maintain the marvelous ways and techniques they follow. Besides CPBA and TTA, Excel English Academy also belongs to that company.

Excellence-Solutions has a strong relationship with several firms, among which:
Hobbs, Headmasters, Urban, Marriott Hotel Group, etc.

Moreover, the company has a direct contract with the UK government and works as a subcontractor with the following institutions: The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London, where 8000 learners enroll every year, bearing in mind that this institution is part of Capital City College Group, and Waltham Forest College, where 4000 learners enroll every year.
